squeaking, and body roll??

squeaking, and body roll??
My shish squeaks bad when the body is adjusting over bumps or out of driveways, and I can feel body roll. Can someone tell me if this is something simple like (needing shocks) or something quite possibly more complicated

Im having squeaking problems from the front bushings on the lower control arm (Left) - its happens when the arms move, so its always there and its pretty damn loud - it goes away when i grease them or they get wet from car wash / rain.

But would that cause this crazy body roll I'm experiencing?? If this was an old chevy I'd be checking the body mounts and bushings.....lol It's feels that bad!
