S-Class (W220) 1999-2006: S 320 CDI, S 320, S430, S 500, S 600

I saw a 00-02 S500 today

And the guy had his Xenon headlights on, but the ambers were not. I WANT THAT. I know the Euro spec S-classes had them like that, can we modify ours to be that way?

When you say ambers, I guess you mean the parking lights? On the 2003+ models, the parking lights are small clear bulbs inside the high beam (city lights). Upgrade to newer headlights and you will get what you want.

Newton, I'm going to check if this is programmable in the headlight control module via STAR DIAG.

I don't want that either. I want it to where none of the lights are on, except the Xenon headlights.

Well I just checked and those are my blinkers, they are not on all the time.

I need to find a 2000-2002 W220 and hook up STAR to check if that is a programmable option.

thats what my cdn spec lights look like when the cars on during the day...the xenons are used as daytime running lights so only the projector comes on...once it gets dark out the ambers turn on
