A/C Red Light
2005 S500...Red light on button marked A/C...tried pushing to turn off...stays on...any suggestions. New to posting...

i was actually trying to figure out what that center dial does...if i have the heat on and i roll the wheel down just enough to turn the red light off, it blows cold air out of the vents no matter what. if i roll it all the way up to automatic (red light turns on), it stops blowing air and heat comes out of all the other vents as usual. it seems like it only controls whether you want cold air or nothing.

lol is it me or is the a/c and heat slightly underpowered......I need a hurricane, not someone running by real quick.
