Help!!!! It's so cold and I have no heat!!!!!

Hello All,

I need a little help with a problem that I'm having with my 2000 S500.
The temperature dropped to about 35-40 degrees and my car has no heat. The engine temperature gauge is working fine, but when I turn the heat on in the car, it just blows cold air. Does anyone know why I'm not getting any heat? Also, when I have the temp controls set to "Auto", where is the hot air suppose to come out from?

The air conditioning worked fine in the summer, but now the heat doesn't work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
