Nice set up- I'm having a Kenwood installed in mine in a week or 2 and should be identical to yours. I'll post pics when it's done.
My installer is having to custom make/cut the wood trim piece and then send it off to have it coated to match. We'll see how it works out.

Did you buy it from an ebay store? I would like to get one too. I tried to search ebay, but I am not sure what key words you used to find it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will loose the steering wheel controls as soon as you move away from the Command system. I believe it is proprietary wiring, that cannot link with a 3rd party stereo. I am sure some one will correct me if I am wrong.

^ there are ways young jedi, there are ways. i think its actually easier with a pioneer than a kenwood but i know its possible for both. i decided i had gained many more valuable features with my aftermarket setup and although i did enjoy the OEM steering wheel controls the money i would have to spend to regain them is better spent elsewhere.
even with aftermarket you do still retain the controls to scroll through the menu and msgs, you just dont have them for volume, track, etc.
better navigation, blue tooth, ipod, dvd in motion all for less than 1k is a way better option imo than staying with OEM and upgrading to those features for way more $$$.

The steering wheel interface can also be found on ebay or direct from
www.pac-audio.com
The other guy was right that the PIONEER units are easier to integrate.

yeah i shopped a few different shops around before i found Gold Star Audio. the 2 other places said 600 just for the install!!! some people are crazy and think that people just go to one place and thats it.
i got it installed for way less than 100 bucks in the end and it looks super clean.
