hi guys i need help pictures are inside..
a sound coming from in front car.the belt is good I don’t know whats the name of the thing that keep the belt running I include a few pictures there one of them that keep moving which I think is not normal and the sound is coming from that one please guys let know what you think…. in the 3rd picture is the smaller one that keeps moving please help

The crank pulley "keeps the belt moving". From your description and your pictures, you are referring to the belt tensioner/pulley. They should move, thats normal.
What is the sound you hear?
From what you're describing, you should probably look into replacing the tensioner or just the tensioner pulley, and/or the idler pulley.
