MB USA does not have access to any European parts. They also would not sell a cluster because they said it's in high demand due to the recall. The cluster was cheaper than 700€ from MBenzNL.

The gauges are in... looking great!

Here is a few things that I picked up that are different from US clusters:

There is finally NO KEYLESS GO CHIME when you open the door.
Some of the wording is different
Tank content menu now available
Winter Tire mode available

Here's a quick snapshot:

Looks like you went with the Euro cluster after all. I gotta say, it really does look good. In the pictures in the OP, it didn't seem like it would look very nice, but it does.

How are you liking it so far? And the km/h conversions? ()

Interesting, thanks for the information.
In the rest of the world the cluster problem is customer expense, there it explains that we cant see shortage for that here.

Cheers, Frank

It's kind of funky. It was kind of tough at first, but now I've memorized how fast I should be going if the speed limit is 30, 40, 55 or 65.

I use the digital gauge in the MFD as a guide...

You could retrofit the speed limiter function (on CC lever)

On the right side, it's a plus, and the left is a minus. They indicate which button on the back of the steering wheel shifts up and which one shifts down.

What ever it is, you CAN NOT install a used cluster. It will not allow you to program the mileage.
