Lol its ok here you go
Steps
1. Chaulk front wheels
2. Remove rear tire
3. Remove rear sensor (depending on side)
4. Take a small tap pin and slowly tap the two pins that hold pads in place
(make sure not to use a pen that is too wide, you don't want to stretch the holes)
5. Once pens are removed, remove pads from rear of caliper. May require flat head to wedge against rotor and pad so caliper piston will slide back.
6. Lubricate back of new pad and replace
7. Carefully tap pins back in, replace sensor ($7 each)
keep in mind on W220s there is only one sensor in the rear.
8. Repeat

Yes sir, that is it just two pins. Thats why you want to be very careful not to stretch the holes by using a tap that is too large, or getting grease on the pens. The brakes are actually very simple.
