I just recently picked up '03 S600 Benz to go along w/ my E55 & don't know what turbo timer is great for our car after a HARD drive? I use the Greddy Turbo Timer on my V6TT Audi B5S4'. Turbo timers don't work on my Porsche 996TT, so i just let it idle to cool for 1.5-2min after a hard drive. Therefore what turbo timer brands do u guys use or just let it idle for few min?? Thx in advance!

I don't think you are going to find too many people with a turbo timer on the benz. Having to wire that into the EIS and canbus would make me very nervous.

I would just let it idle after really beating on it.

The turbos are water and oil cooled and have proven to be very rugged. I never think about it.

Do not waste your time and $$ on one.

Since 2003 intro, I have not seen or heard of one having turbo problems.

Thx for your input Vadim! These turbos on the V12TT are awesome then. I just don't want to wait & waste a few min. for cool down if not needed, but i guess were safe here.
