Hi all, I am looking at a 2004 (Facelift) S 320 diesel over here in the uk and I have afew questions if I may:

1. The car has widescreen Comand unit. Is this CD or DVD? and how available / good are uptodate maps - will it ever rival my tomtom go live?

2. It has the 6310 phone cradle in the arm rest - assume a Viseeo 1000 is the easy answer to using a modern phone (iPhone 3g currently.....)

3. Covered 60,000 miles - MB main dealer - anything to watch out for?

4. Chip / tune what sort of bhp is possible without compromising reliability?

Fantastic to drive when it was running very good fuel economy but staggering unreliability. Air suspension, power steering, electrics, Command, Cats, a/c, wipers, engine belt all a problem and RUST!.

My advice, If you want one buy the extended warranty. Expensive but well worth it!
