Rear Airmatic Failure, 2000 S430

I just had a rear airmatic failure on my 2000 S430, is the o-ring repair procedure the same as with a front airmatic failure?

The repair kit states 'front strut repair kit', and there doesn't seem to be a 'rear strut repair kit' - also, some sellers of the special tool refer to it as a front strut repair tool.

I have 3-wheel motion going on right now, left rear is slammed, and the car is not drivable; car has 80k miles.

Mercedes
ALLDATAdiy.com shows a procedure to check for leaks in this case at the AIRmatic unit. Might save you some time isolating your leak on your Mercedes.

there is no repair kit for the rear struts.

www.arnott.com for a $4xx remanufactured replacement.
