replace turn signal reflector message
I am getting a message like this that says check lamp. It is the turn signal in my pass. side mirror in a 2000 S500.
Can a bulb be replaced or do I need to replace the whole turn signal mechanism? Is it easy to R and R it?

try to get the used ones
you can change just the strips. but the dealer wont sell just the strips. u have to buy the whole cover. I had the same problem. tried the ones from ebay; hated it. looks cheap & UGLY. so I bought the used original ones from one of the members of this forum. changed them yesterday & its working great. just PM all the members here who has recently done the upgrade. some of them still might have. as for the process its very easy. took me 15 mins.

yes I bought the cheapys from ebay for less than 30 bux and they look cheap and starting to discolor. There was someone on here selling higher qaulity ones for about 50-75 bux. I'll be ordering those next
