How do you remove s500 cluster

Does anyone know how to remove a cluster in a 2000 S500? I am having multiple electronics problems with the car and I think that it is due to the cluster (I had the cluster repaired before). I can't take the car into the dealer unless it is towed.

If anyone can help that would be great!

You need two little key like tools to get the beast out. I got a set of MB "Dashboard" tools from Harbor Freight for less than $5. Looking at the site; the price has gone up but it's still cheap. You need the two keys that are third from left in the link below.
