acceleration problem in the morning/ no check engine

acceleration problem in the morning/ no check engine (Not a pedle problem)
hi everybody, im having an acceleration problem with my 2000 s430.
the problem is mostly in the morning when the engine is cold , what happens is after i start driving when the rpm reaches around 2K it starts choking, i have to accelerate very slowely, the harder i press on the gas the more the car chokes and would start shaking a little, this mostly happens when the weather is cold outside (i live in california so weather is not that cold) but when the engine gets warm it works alot better, its still not accelerating like its suppose to but it dosent have the choking and vibration like it does in the morning
and on top of that the check engine is not on so i have no idea what it is.
any help would be appreciated

i also wanted to add that i read the other posts on accelerator pedle problems, but mine seems different because it mostly happens in the morning and there is no check engine light, plus its not just slowly accelerating if i keep the peddal pressed little hard the car would start shaking and cutting off and it would not go passed 2K rpm on first gear unless i accelerate slowely

today things got a little worse.
i havent driven my car in 2 days and today at night the weather was about 45 deg, when i turned the car and started driving the engine started shaking a little and check engine light turned on, it would not accelerate at all. im pretty sure at least 2 cylinders were missfiring. i drove the car for about 5 miles and it was having these problems the whole way. but then 2 hours later when i turned the car back on to go home everything was fine
im going to get the code checked tomorow and ill post here what i find
