Lowering S class

I am getting 18" wheels with 245/45's on my S500 tomorrow. Will the car need to be lowered to look right with this setup, or will it be fine?
I figure that the S600 Sports and standard ones look fine without being lowered. I hope so.

what my name says
IMO...I think the car would look funny if it were lowered on 18s. Most of the S classes I've seen that ahve been lowered are on at least 20's or more. i think 18's are acceptable if u just leave it at the stock height. Cuz the car is so long if u lower it on small rims, it'd look like Shaq wearing size 6 shoes (sorry for the lame analogy...the best i can come up with right now).

but that's just my opinion....good luck

I agree after getting the wheels installed. It looks fine at stock height.
Thanks
