Body kit, paint job cost

Ok guys, I'm about to put a body kit on my W220. Front bumper, rear and side skirt. What is a reasonable cost? Wanna know what others paid for priming, paint and install.

Mercedes
whats the quote you were given?

is it just for painting the kit or a full repaint of the whole car? Just the kit should be under $400-500

Not a repaint the entire car, just paint and clean up any marks on the kit. I got estimates for paint and install from $800 - $2,800.

Well, if they're going to remove and sand the old paint, the $800 is about right; if they're simply priming and painting, $400-$500 is more like it, for a very nice job. Plenty of independents will do a decent job for $250 in this economy. Call around.
