Steering wheel heater reset

Anyone know how to reset the length of time the steering wheel heater will be on for. I guess this will be a thermostat reset.

It was fine before my last service but now it comes on for about about 30 seconds and then switches off.
It wont switch on again unless I switch off and then switch on the ignition, and then again for 30 seconds.

I have tried searching this site but no joy.

heater control

I think it may be an option.
Under the steering wheel there is a small lever. (mines on the left).
This is the steering wheel adjustment control.
If you twist the end anti-clockwise the steering wheel will heat.
A red LED will light up on the end.

It's an option.

IIRC not available with designo, and you must have the wood package (gear knob and steering wheel) to get it.
