When I engage the sunroof button to open it,it will only open about a 1/2 inch at a time all the way until it opens completely then when I push the button to close it closes in one motion. Can anyone please tell me what the problem is? thanks

 

Have you had battery problems lately?
This happened to me last week as well after I changed out the battery. You need to open it up completely and hold the button in the open position for 5 seconds or so and then it should work. You may have to try more than once. Hope this helps.
