If you are going to install DIY, HIDextra is a forum sponsor and regularly offers specials on their HID kits for $54-60 check out the GROUP BUYS forum...

Havent seen too many complaints about them from buyers on this site, and be sure to specify your model so they can include whatever parts are needed to ensure you get no errors, as some kits on ebay will./
If you are going to have them installed by a shop, I would recommend buying them directly from the shop ....since thats the only way to get a parts and labor warranty. In the Bay Area I have seen shops offering the HID kits installed for $100-120 with 1-2yr warranties.
