Hello i have a 2010 s550 amg 4 matic and all wheels and tires are the same,250 35 20 my friend has a non 4 matic and his wheels in back are 275 35 20 .they are stagered in the rear and has a better look then mine can i purchase wheel spacers that will make my backs look or close to the 275,and is it safe?

putting spacers on is not going to give you the right look...
you need a wider wheel/tire. A skinny wheel/tire sticking out of the wheelwell will just look like a lowrider.
If you dont want to get new wider rear wheels, you can put 275 30 20 tires on your current wheels which will make it look better.

first, there are no such thing as an s550 AMG and there are NO AMG 4-matics out there. That would be a weird surprise.
Secondly it has never been reccomended to stagger any 4-matic mercedes vehicle. There are many threads here on that topic you shoud do a search.
Also assuming you do have a 2010 and not a 2001, you shoud take this over to the w221 forum maybe they are doing something different with the new body styles I don't know.

You are in the wrong forum.
Go to W221 which is your body type and you will get better answers in the future for issues pertaining to your car.
It looks like you should be running a 255/35/20 all around with your 20X 8.5 wheels. That's a pretty aggressive tire.
a 275 series tire is for a 9.5 wheel ( staggered setup ). It's not going to do you any good safety wise to try a 275 on a 8.5 wheel. I'd be surprised if a wheel shop that cares about their liability would even mount that configuration for you.
If you try to put 9.5 wheels all around with a 275 35 20, If is even fits in the front, your car is going to steer like a heavy duty forklift.
