Front shock very soft?

Hello. I've been having this nagging issue on my 2001 S500 without ABC. The front passenger shock is softer and more bouncy than the others. even on firm mode, it's still less solid than the other three. It did this with the old airspring, and it has been replaced with an Arnott rebuilt unit. Any ideas why it is still softer than the others?

Valve block maybe? I'm lost of where to look to next.

Valve block is a good bet' also possibly a pinched supply hose between the block and the strut.

Hmmm, just trace the line back to the valve block?

How often do these valve blocks go bad? Would the dealer be able to test/know if that was indeed it? I haven't ever taken any of my cars to a shop since the day I have been driving. I'm 20 now. This is just driving me mad. The car feels sloppy
