trunk wont open fully
hey guys i havent been on this site in a while " i guess thats a good thing huh"
heres my story i went to a local golf course here in chicago and popped my trunk for the concierge to take out our golf clubs and he then manually shut the trunk "instead of using red button" now when i open my trunk with key fob or door switch or even the push button above license plate it only opens half way...
I check the opening boot limiter selection on the cluster and made sure its off, I even reset to factory settings and still nothing..
any clue??????

It happens all the time, people are not used to pushing a button to close the trunk and manually close it. Try to gently force it up to the full open position, then close with the button. Do not push hard to open up all the way, firmly but slow and gently.
