Great $%3$ Thieves

Hey, so someone decided put their paws on my car. They even broke it off improperly so they cant use it themselves. I'm trying to figure out if this is pure vandalism or they putting it on their S-Class? What do you think? Also whats the part number for this how to replace it?

Thanks

It's probably vandalism. I doubt if there are too many S-Klasse drivers going through parking lots with a screw driver.

I'd have to dig through epc to find the part numbers, which I can't do right now, but I'd have a close look at the bumper and make sure the plastic attachment parts are not damaged.

i think it was a wanna be thief. there are other items to vanalize than the headlight washer. if they wanted to vandalize something, they could have just kicked in your grill.

A Mercedes obviously!

One of the problems of having a nice car...I recall last year Oxygen had some similarly random parts off his W220 ripped off when he was parked at home.

Thanks, I found the part number. It was part of the tabs that open out which was left in there broken and the part number is there.

I Just don't see the point of that Vandalism...easier to slice a tire or break a mirror or Headlights etc. That plastic part is worth nothing. It has to be that someone probably tried to take the wiper motor out etc and replace it for their car or the piece for their car.

Speaking of which, that headlight looks kinda funky... like it's not positioned right.

Yup they stole my mesh grills and all the trim from the doors. Also stole all of the jack and tow hook covers.

There is another S-class on my block in the same color and package as mine . I spot his car today and as I pulled up he is missing the same exact piece...

It either means the thief failed on mine and walked up the block and found his S-class and ripped his off next or it means he will be putting my cover on his car in a week. I'll know though for sure because I had a specific marking on mine, so It will be easy to spot.

HMM, I'll check it out right now. I think that's the lighting no way there's a gap that big.

that would be hilarious if the guy tries to put on your cover

i dont know how it works in your country, but here in the USA you would want to get a police report now, notating the marking you had on yours, so if it shows up on his , you can get him arrested

tusabes thats a very good option, also too Das - u can always obtain a .45mm or 9mm (w/suppressor looks more intimidating but easier to fire knowing its silent) find him, make sure hes alone, ask him directions politely and then MASH THE TIP OF THE SILENCER to his cheek bone and make sure he doesnt touch your car ever again.

too bad the laws here in usa wont allow this, but whatever brings justice in your taste.

p.s. depending on your laws, pull the trigger if legal.
