I left my passenger window open and rain must have damaged electronics. I noticed that when I apply the auto close feature via the switch the window would slide up and then down a 1/4 as if the switch was getting stuck. I think that is what happened to me and I did not notice it. I locked the can and went in for a couple of days and it rained during that time. Now, I can not use anything associated with the front passenger door. The window is open and the mirror is folded inward. ;-( x ? Please help!

Thank you! Do you know where I can order one besides ordering one through the dealer? I saw one on eBay, but it looks different than the one I have.

 

Each DCM has a different part number, and the proper part can vary by year as well. Be sure you get the right part. You can sign up for the official mercedes Electronic parts catalog (EPC) - it is free, but you need a credit card number to prove you are an adult. See http://epc.startekinfo.com/epc/start.jsp
