Keyless go door handle lock - Swap Question
2004 s600. I have a Designo so get the correct color means the dealer and probably 3-4 month special order. Does anyone know whether I can purchase a door handle of any color and then swap out the guts?
Also, has anyone tried to take the thing apart and repair it?

I believe they sell them unpainted. So just get the unpainted ones, and have the dealer paint them in your designo color.
I have designo mocha black and my dealer replaced mine within a week.
