Low beam message, xenon light is out?

Low beam message, xenon light is out?
So I got a "low beam L" message, and my left headlight, xenon, is going on and off at times when on.
I did go through a car wash the other day, is it possible some water got in?
Where is the best place to get a replacement bulb? Autohauz has one for $80, is that about the going price? Any idea on what the exact specs for my car are bulb wise? (It is a 2001 S55, with the stock xenon low beam and halogen high beam)
