Defroster constantly on - phantom fan?
Hi all,
Sorry to post R500 item here, but I'm hoping perhaps someone on this forum might help.
Just recently, my front defroster is continuously on after I get out of the car. There's no way to shut it off - it it only shuts off after it drains my battery. I've tested all of the climate controls, including auto, "rest", and making sure everything is off when I shut off engine. As soon as I close the door/lock the door, the fan goes on.
Note: The AC and everything else inside the car is OFF - including the REST function. The exterior temp is about 55 deg F currently, so it's not very cold at all. Has anyone had this experience and/or have thoughts on this?
