Where to buy autosense PSE
Guys,
I've been researching the phone systems on our cars of late. I have 2003 S600 with older V60 telephone module. The documents talk about needing the autosense newer PSE and that they are only $200. I can't find anyone that sells them. The actual documents that are sticked refer to all this but don't list the actual site that sells the individual components. I can find full kits all day long but I already got a cradle. I just need the replacement PSE.
any help is appreciated.
thanks,
Sean

The '03 W220 uses the Autosense PSE with the V60 phone. Therefore, if the car was equipped with a V60 phone, it most likely has an Autosense PSE. I would check the part number (Q 682 0845, SYN 9266B) before buying a new part. At the sme time, check for the "blue label" (which may be a simple blue slash on the original white label, or a 1/2" blue dot sticky somewhere on the case). If those are present, the PSE will work fine with the V60 Bluetooth puck.
If you have the autosense PSE but lack the blue label, give it a try - but if it doesn't work, you'll probably need to replace it with a Universal PSE.
