Long story short: any sort of external gps navigation cant find satellites when is placed in car or 2-3 feet around the car.

Phone, and Phone GPS works fine but not other external gps.

Unplugging car battery fixes the problem but not rly lol.

I was wondering what device is blocking sognal for external gps?

 

Since you are mounting it on or near windshield glass, I am guessing the infrared coating on the windshield is blocking Sat. signal. There are only two spaces on the windshield with no coating: around the rear view mirror with black dots, and a trapezoidal opening on the right hand side middle of windshield. This is explained in your operating manual.
