2001 S500

Problem with AC. Need help.

Sometimes it turns on sometimes it doesn't. I even have moments where it turns on and just to test it, i turn it back off then try to turn it on and nothing blows.

how is your heater? does it act the same way? 99% its your fan blower motor going bad. need to dissasemble the center console and check wires/motor itself

It could be the blower motor or the blower regulator. The W220 S-Class Encyclopedia (W220 S-Class Owners Start Here) sticky has links for DIY repair. It's under "Air Conditioning" in post #1. For the version I'm keeping current, scroll down to the most recent pdf file - post #36, as I recall.
