i have 19" rims currently and i am running 245/40/19 tires and i am interested to go to a 245/45/19 tire because i want slightly more meat on the tire for the city driving and these nasty potholes. if i go to a 45 height will it cause any rubbing or will i be ok.

they wont rub but you speedometer wont say the correct speed.
