W211 E55 AMG
New W220 Badging

Early Sunday morning, I was on my way to a round of golf with my buddies. As I was driving down the the SF Peninsula and I was approaching a nice W220. At afar, I thought that the rear end of the S-Class looked a little odd with some badging going on. At first I thought is was just another poser with some sort of AMG, BRABUS or Renn badge. But it was too long...

I was going at a pretty good clip when I passed her and noticed the oddities of her badges! I actually had to slow down because I couldn't believe my eyes that somebody would actually do that to such a beautiful car!

I guess she wanted to let everyone know that she was driving a Mercedes Benz. The tri-pointed star was not sufficient.

LOL wow at least the owner had the guts to put that on...
i'm sure that car is a heat source for getting "KEY'd"



but i must commend the owner for doing that

BTW, when I bought my W210, it had full brabus bodykit and exhaust and came with badges I'm assuming from Brabus. Does that constitute poser-ship?

Nah. It was too painful as it is just looking at it at a fly-by.

Yep, I remember when I had the W211 AMG. There's no right/wrong answer to that one, I guess.
