Ok folks, my stock sport package wheels had some scratches and little bits of rash, so instead of spending $600 to repair them, I went for a new look.

These are 18s...and quite frankly, 19s would have looked better...but I didn't want the weight, the chance of bending on these crappy roads, and well, my 18" tires were in great shape with at least another 20k miles on them.

So heres what we got:







I think they make the car look a tiny bit sportier while retaining the oem look.

 

It's very clean, but for 18 inch wheels for the sport package, I prefer the looks of the Monoblock AMG wheels.

yeah i like the monoblocks too, although for some reason i feel like they work better on the pre-facelift cars

Those wheels looks good, almost like a slightly smaller version of the AMGs off the W221.

I was considering getting my AMG wheels redone, $600 sounds a good deal to get rid of the inherited curb rash...

Oliverk, I think the wheels look great. I have a 2000 S500 and would put them on in a heart beat.
