I am trading in my 2007 Audi A8L with only 34600 miles, unfortunately my airbag light is on, will i take a big hit on trade in value for airbag light?

It depends, do you know what the problem is with the airbag, sensor, etc.? If you know the cost of this repair, then you can price it normally less the airbag repair/replacement cost.

I would get an estimate to fix it and don't let them ding you more than that number when you do the trade. You need to be informed before you do the deal, being blind just costs you money in this case.
