Driving with spare tire...need help

Im hoping someone can help me. One of my winter tires got a flat, so I had to replace it with the spare tire temporarily till i drive it to the shop to get my summers on.

Problem is the spare is a 16inch and my winters are 17's. I replaced the tire and when I drive, all the ESP, BAS, ABS and Airmatic error codes come up. I read the manual and it says that if the tires are different sizes, the rotation of the wheels will be at different speeds hence the ESP will stop functioning.

My question is I have to drive about 7km to the shop. Is it ok for me to drive there with causing any damage to the systems?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanx in advance,

Shakir

Is it 4matic?
Is the spare on the front or the back?
Doesn't sound like a long distance so you should be ok, but you could cause problems with long distances and the tire being on the rear or a 4matic.

7km = about 4 miles is fine. Just dont drive 400 or 4000 miles.
