hey guys...i saw a new 7 series today. eveyone seems to think the only styling problem with the car is the rear. well i'll say this..the front end doesn't do much for the car either. plus...the last thing i would want to do after spending 75 large would be to have to get used to how my new car looks! the new 7 makes the lexus ls430 look down right sporty. i'm sure the brand faithful will buy new 7's but i doubt they'll pick up many new customers.

I disagree. I think hard core BMW enthusiasts won't want anything to do with the new 7 series. However, I think BMW may steal some Mercedes folk with the new 7 ... It should be interesting to see what happens.

another CLASSIC! take a look!
Awiner, hydrolic roll bars on new 7 sounds interesting/promising. You test drove new 7 please compare to the CL55 suspention is it really rides better, smoother due to difference in how suspention works and is hte BMW really a winner here?http://bimmer.roadfly.org/bmw/forums...=385808&page=1

The new 7 series rode very smooth and was very uxorious. Almost like riding on a cushion of air. Road imperfections were hardly even felt. BMW took the "Sport" out of the new 7 in my view as compared to the old 7. The CL55 with ABC has a great ride as well but feels to be a little more sporty in comparison. I did not really get a chance to 'lay' into the BMW 7 to hard, so it is difficult for me to compare the two are anything more than highway speeds.
