2000 S430

2000 S430 transmission in limp mode

It does not shift out of 1st gear. Changed the tranny. Exact problem. Changed the TCU. Same thing. Very frustrated with this problem and the car.

Any ideas?

Does anyone have a trusted mechanic in the Sacramento, CA area.
