Who Here Had a SRS Warning ??
Just wondering who had an SRS warning light ever and what the cause was.
I am having that issue, currently.
My light stays on all the time.....

mine is a bad safety restraint sensor on the passenger seat. light stays off when i'm alone but is on when my wife is with me. my tech said that it doesn't affect the functionality so i've been putting it off to replace it.

well...this is my first time writting in here yet i have being in this forum for over five years...with regards to that SRS msg....it is very simple...look at your control wheel very closely..if you touch that driver air bag at the sides this light (SRS) will come and that means one thing thing it is the spring going bad and nothing wrong with your system..to prove my point if you look up the fault in ur car it will show no faults..it is the spring needs to be replaced and YES you are still safe...i have had 4 benzs for course of my life and still have a 03 S 430-4Matic and it is giving me the same thing .
