1. Remove bottom panels.
2. Drain coolant.
3. disconnect top and bottom automatic oil lines on passenger side of radiatior
4. Disconnect main coolant line 1/2 down on drivers side radiator.
5. Disconnect both coolant lines on top and bottom of passenger side of radiator.
6. Remove fan shroud.
7. Dismount condenser at nuts (both) on front top of radiator. Then remove those brackets.
8. Take out radiator.
Install in reverse order. The studs on the bottom of the radiator must go in the rubber mounts in the crossmember. Then pour in Valvoline G-05 coolant (probably about 3 gallons). Always inspect for leaks.

2000 S500
In addition to the above instructions, I just removed the radiator from my 2000 S500, and found that one of the transmission lines that runs across the bottom back side of the shroud is also bolted to the shroud as well. It's underneath the shroud, so it's hard to see when looking from above, but just feel the line as it runs across underneath, and you'll find the bolt. Also, where the A/C lines run to the condenser, they're also bolted with one bolt to the radiator. You'll have to get at it from underneath, which forces you to remove the front section of splash shield under the car. The bolt that holds the A/C lines to the radiator is on the side/bottom of the driver's side of the radiator.
