2000 W220 S430 Trans Codes U0007 U0102 p0748
Hopefully someone can give me some insight on this problem. Just got my car back from the Body Shop after a repair to right front. Replace right front Fender, Headlight, repaired hood, and bumper. Last week they said car wouldnt start. Finally they got it started and after they said it needed a reset. dont know what that meant. Anyways on my way home jumped on the freeway and noticed I did not have any downshift when I pushed accelerator to the floor. I then tried manual shifter and no response. The display on dash read DS for drive sport. I tried pressing the W/S button on shifter and no response. Sopped by my buddies shop and scanned codes P0748 u0007 u0103. Researched codes and found U codes related to transmission controller in hood and P codes related to transmission pressure control solenoid. I was an ASE and GM Master certified tech up to 5 years ago so do understand data lines and fiber optic communications. I checked all the fuses and they all look good. Really could use some help on this.
