W220 Airmatic filling instructions
My car was diagnosed with having a bad airmatic distribution valve, so i decided to change it myself from instructions on the sticky. Now I have installed the new valve, however the car still doesnt go up. since i took out all hoses the suspension is at its lowest
When i start the car ,the airmatic pump runs for around 2-3minutes but doesnt have any rising action on the suspension.no leaks on the airmatic hoses at valve/pump either. I checked the assoicated relay and airmatic fuse(40Amp) in the right side front fuse box, they seem to be fine as are al fuses in other 2 fuse box locations.
Does car need to be on a hoist for airmatic to fill air initially in the shocks or is there any other step I am missing? Any help on this matter is greatly appreciated!!!
