Navigation DVD messed up
Hey guys, new member here inquiring on how to fix this error in my Benz COMAND system.
I own a 2004 Mercedes-Benz S430
Now the problem occurred like this, my son burned the navigation update dvd and inserted it into the cd/dvd drive in the benz dashboard area. However, upon inserting it, the disk doesn't work and will not eject. Looking past this I check the manual and let my son know that the DVD Navigation disk was supposed to be put into the drive inside the trunk. Now the drive in the trunk is not ejecting and when i go to DVD in the COMAND the disk will not eject. What could have gone wrong? Was it just putting the disk in the wrong drive or was there already a cd/dvd in there?
