RUN FLAT TIRES
I got a good deal on some run flat good year tires for my rear. Wow I had these for about a month and I just orderd some regular tires. Run Flat tires are horrbile I don't recommend them to anyone. They totally mess up the soft ride on the w220. They also feel crazy when u drive over a bump the car feels like its about lose control. I don't understand how any car company puts these tires for any new car.

This isn't new though, I used to have them standard on my BMW and they were horrible compared to normal tires. They also increase rotating weight, I'd rather carry a light spare, less rotating weight. They increase fuel consumption, unless you're going to be involved in a high speed pursuit

Runflats are universally hated, unless you routinely get shot at or drive where frequent flats and inconvenient towing is common, avoid them at all costs

I still have those tires in W210 E55 from the previous owner. Its just horrible and its about time to change. He installed it about 5 years ago when he first bought the car and did only 15K total until today. I am changing it, i don't feel safe driving in high speed (80MPH scary )
