Question Too Many Miles?

I want to buy a 2000 Horizon Blue/Ash S430 or S500. I found one on Autotrader but it has 52k miles. I've driven Lexus for the past 5 years and they have been very reliable all the way past 100k. Can I expect the same from the S Class? Can I purchase an extended warranty from someplace?

Thanks,
Ben

Its not the 52k

Its the fact that its all been done in the last two years... or less. Thats a fair amount of driving for a two year period but its not alot of mileage in the big picture. I dont know if you will be able to extend the warranty or not at this point. 52k is really not much mileage on this car but I would prefer it be about 4 years old with that mileage. Im picking up a 1995 E320 which has 50k miles on it.
