I just got a used command off ebay because mines stop working and i was told that it would need to be programmed with a special code or maybe star diag. However after i plugged in everything my cds, radio and even tape worked fine. The only problems are that the button piece that raises and lowers to insert the tape does not close flush and now the tape won't eject. Could this mean it needs programming first to function properly or is this just a faulty unit?
