seatbelt and parktronic not working, help?

seatbelt and parktronic not working, help?
Hi, the SRS light came up when I was driving with my girlfriend the other day. And the seat belt is not working, if you pull it out it'll roll back in like it should do, but once you lock it in it doesn't tighten itself.
So basically it's useless, anyone else experienced this?
I assume the srs ligt and malfunctioning seat belt may be related?
I also assume I will need to buy a new seatbelt for the front passenger side?
Then there is the parktronic system, I scanned for fault codes and found two parking sensors in the front that's not working.
If I replace these two the parktronic system should work again right?
