W220 O4 S500 INTEGRATED PHONE WHERE CUP HOLDER SHOULD BE
HOW DO I REMOVE PHONE AND INSTALL CUP HOLDER IS THAT POSSIBLE OR DO I HAVE TO GET A WHOLE NEW ARM REST CONSOLE?

Hmmmm....
Earlier W220s had cup holders in a slim compartment toward the left of the side of the console. You '04 and later had a cell phone slot on the right side of the console. In those models the cup holders are behind a wood door at the front of the console; page 2342 of your owners' Manual shows it.
If a prior owner put the cell phone in the cup holder area, it would be unusual. Most would pot it in the cell phone slot on the top part of the console, not in the cup holder section in front.
However, you can buy the spring-loaded cup holder parts from the dealer, or perhaps from somewhere like Potomac German Auto (a large MB breaker yard). http://www.pgauto.com/
It should not be necessary to replace the console.
