Yes, you will have to reset five systems:
windows express mode, clock, roof , ESP and the clock, but it is your secondary problem.
After jump start (which in itself may make the electronics go berserk) you still have a weak battery, that is your main issue.
If it is old, get a new OEM battery. If it is not too old, disconnect and charge it and give it a try. Lots of unrelated malfunctions are typical symptoms of a is weak battery.
Measuring the voltage in itself is not conclusive, your meter may show 12.4 and it can be still weak for your power thirsty electronics.

These cars have too many electronic components to be jump started. Hopefully you didn't blow out some of the electronics with the jump start. The best thing to do if your battery dies is to charge the battery before trying to start the car. For your sake I hope it is just a weak battery. I wish you the best of luck.

Start the car, turn the steering wheel all the way to the left as far as it will go, then all the way to the right as far as it will go. All of the warnings will dissapear. I have jump started my car several times, and nothing ever bad happened. What should happen? If the battery is 12 volt, and you connect it properly.... it's the same voltage as your battery. If something bad could happen, why does MB hook up battery chargers to the battery while it's still in the car? Just try what I said....let me know
