Phone not connected
I got a message "phone not plugged in" even when it was. Took it out wiped the contacts and put back. Problem gone. However, would like to learn if its the contacts at the bottom of the phone or the antenna connector which makes the car recognise phone's presence known?

Contacts at bottom of phone.
I am pretty sure it is the power/data contacts in the connection at the bottom of the phone that determines whether the phone is recognized by Command. Not the antenna connector.
I can push my V60 onto that connector at the bottom, and hold the antenna connector away from the coax socket, and Command recognizes the phone.

Thanks for your reply.
The car is only 30 days old and this problem has occured about three times. Its pretty intermittent in other words. The contacts were cleaned using a professional "contact cleaner" since then problem occured only once.
Thanks to your guidance I'll pay more attention to the bottom (data/power) connector if problem returned.
