Well My radiator fan went out, and i ran a hot wire directly to the fan from my jump pack and the fan worked but i got lots of spark when i touched the wires, so i cut the module off completely so the i can just wire the fan directly to the fuse box on the drivers side of the car, i found a fuse that come on when i turned the ignition on and would go off when i turned it off, i pulled the 30amp fuse out and put wire under it and pushed it back in, then i ran a ground wire and tested the fan. it started working and then i got a lot of spark again, and the wire got hot, so i check inside of the car and my dash lights were out and now i cant open my sunroof or windows and the car will not start... i checked all the fuse's and everything seem ok, please help, i know that was stupid of me..

You've obviously got electrical damage , which can be anything from a simple $5 problem to several thousand if the computers are fried. You'll need to take it to an electrical specialist .
If it turns out To be a costly problem There's a sneaky and unethical way you might be able to get it fixed , by causing water damage to your electrical system
and getting repAired by mb under the reed valve settlement. But I don't recommend it
